Family home, very communal with people coming and going. Currently only one bathroom & shower.

Master bedroom (King Bed) Middle room (2 Queen Beds) End bedroom (Queen & Double)

3 Bedrooms on the main floor with room in basement (bunks, futon) for overflow. Guides use the house house and are accomodated on the property.

Effective January 2024 Rates.

Group Booking: Maximum 8 $400 + Tax per night. & Tents in the back yard are not unusual.

Individuals:

Double(shared) room $65 + Tax per person / night. Private room $95 + tax / night

Depending on who’s there, fridge’s and groceries are stocked with basics, on a use what you need, provide what you can basis. Local grocery store to buy what you need. Trips often leave early and come in late so we try have neccesities on hand. Guests are expected to augment and help out (group effort).

We are often available with notice to pick people up at the Alliford ferry landing or the Airport.
