Graham
After watching the movie Jaws as a kid, Graham became obsessed with sea life. Everything from observing nudibranchs to swimming with sharks fascinates this Divemaster and river kayaker turned sea kayaker. His passion for sea kayaking led him to Haida Gwaii as an Assistant Overnight Guide with Go Experience. He enjoys sharing his knowledge of sea life, both above and below the surface. When he’s not on the water, this yogi is studying plant medicine, hiking, backcountry camping, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Scott
Born and raised on Haida Gwaii, Scott has spent his life immersed in the ocean and natural world around him. His connection to the water started young—surfing before he could swim, working as a tugboat operator at 15, and guiding as one of the original Moresby Explorers. With over 30 years of experience navigating Haida Gwaii’s unique conditions, Scott’s expertise spans diverse waters and weather, from river kayaking to remote scuba diving. As the owner of Go Experience Ltd. in Sandspit, he’s committed to delivering safe, memorable adventures and recently brought in professional trainers to enhance his team’s skills, ensuring guests experience Haida Gwaii through the eyes of knowledgeable, passionate guides.
