When you paddle with us, you’re part of the crew. We encourage guests to participate in daily activities like camp setup, meals, and basic logistics. It builds camaraderie and makes for a more rewarding experience.
Permits & Safety
We are fully permitted by Parks B.C. and the Council of the Haida Nation to operate in K’unna Gwaay, Daaxwuuxusda, and Kunxalas conservancies. All kayaking activities are led by SKGABC-certified guides. Other adventure services (hiking, exploring, transport) are facilitated “at your own risk” with full transparency.
Required Forms:
You’ll be asked to sign waivers, rental agreements, and a medical form before your trip.
Annual Adventure 2025 – Peel Inlet Expedition
Late August 2025
This is our big one. Hike from Moresby Camp 15 km into Peel Inlet along a former logging trail, camp at the head of the inlet, and launch kayaks into one of the wildest coastal regions in Haida Gwaii. This expedition is remote, rugged, and beautiful – and it should be considered an advanced-level trip. Weather is unpredictable and the scenery is unforgettable.
Note: All hiking and land-based activities on these trips are self-guided and undertaken at your own risk. Our permits cover kayaking only.
